Founded in 2001, CODECIS is a services company specializing in real estate.
And already in March 2004, CODEC is licensed by the state as a Realtor. CODECS is part of the first list of top Real Estate Agents in Cameroon.

In 2004, we base the National Association of Estate Agents Chartered Cameroon (ANAIC).
