

Before Law No. 2001 / 020 of 18 December 2001, a law promulgated by the President of the Republic on the organization of professional real estate agent, there reigned a total confusion in the business of real estate. The audience was confronted with all sorts of people claiming to be real estate agent. Today, there are real estate agents, recognized and approved by the State. They are professionals. Decree
No. 2007/1138 / PM of Sept. 3, 2007 signed by the Prime Minister sets out the detailed implementation of this law.
Real estate is an area where a teeming multitude of activities to very diverse modes of intervention.
The law which we have referred is the following real estate:
A real estate agent is one that is approved by the State and who holds a business card signed by the Minister in charge of the habitat. A real estate agent is the one location, which has an office. You have the right to request references to authorization and the number of his business card. You can safely give to such a real estate agent through a mandate, building management or sale of property. It is at your own risk if you agree to deal with fake and real estate agents with sellers who are in the vicinity of intersections.
A real estate agent saw his profession. In addition to the fees received for administrative expenses shall be compensated by its audit committee. With taxes, the commission returns between 09.54% and 04.77%. Very often, real estate agents the radius between ten percent and five percent (10% and 05%) VAT
If renting, real estate agent's commission is legally set at ten percent (10%) of net rental income from one year (Article 32-b of the Decree No. 2007/1138 / PM From 03 September 2007). Often estate agents accept a (01) months of net rent to avoid long calculations.
As for the apartments and villas, the agent receives a commission of ten percent (10%) of the total amount calculated for the entire period of stay of the client.
